Nobodies in Hell

They Were Somebody

The people of Hell were at one time somebody. The somebodies of this world might have even lived good lives according to the standards of our day and age. Some of them having gone faithfully to their buildings of worship have done exceedingly fine works. That ought to be worth something in spending so much time in fellowship and doing what is proper and right.

The well-meaning Atheist who taught and shared in their communities by giving knowledge and understanding are also somebody to take notice and perhaps admire for their enthusiasm. They are wrong in their teaching but I'm sure they didn't mean any harm. They really thought God did not exist. At least that is what they were taught and God hasn't verbally told them anything otherwise.

The political minded are also somebody. Many spent years in public service and only wanted nothing more but to fulfill John Lennon's lyrics. The open minded politician was somebody that many imagined made the world a better place:

Imagine

By John Lennon

Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people living for today

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace

You, you may say
I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people sharing all the world

You, you may say
I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the world will live as one

These people were somebody in their day and age and had many friends. Everybody in their social circles knew their name. Many would buy them beers and drinks as they listen to their stories and propaganda. They were the good old boys and girls in their community and were beloved.

How Did Things Go Wrong?

The bible says that under grace, the salvation of a sinner is declared in about 115 passages to depend only on believing. It doesn't take much intellect to believe. The Bible says,

"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time" 1 Corinthians 1-8.

It is not that hard to believe in Jesus. Many make it hard by believing in things contrary to Scripture. There are even those who believe that Jesus never existed. What a shame that these somebodies would rather believe in their fables than in the true eyewitnesses of God who declared, "That he was seen".

It is sad to say that after years of isolation in Hell these somebodies will finally realize that they were really nobodies in the scheme of things. After years in Hell nothing will matter anymore. What had been is gone and no longer brings joy to their heart. They were somebody but now they are nobodies in Hell.

After years of darkness and isolation a light will appear unto the nobodies in Hell. They will be finally be released. Some might even jump for joy thinking what they had endured was just temporal. They soon find out that they are wrong about Hell being temporal. They are ushered before the throne of God to be judged. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

"There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth" Matthew 24:51.

They will appear before the Son of God that many hoped didn't exist. They will find all kinds of excuses but they will not be able to use them. The Great White Throne Judgment is a judgment of works not a time for excuses.

"I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened" (Daniel 7:9-10).

Jesus Christ gathers the dead for judgment. One by one they must appear before Him, whom they rejected, and every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess to God. Everyone will give an account of himself to God,

"For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.  So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God" (Romans 14:11-12).

Oh what terrifying fear and perpetual shame will grip them when every secret, thought, deed, idle word, and judgment that they had made will become manifest in this day of wrath,

"And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten" (Jeremiah 23:40).

"Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another; In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel" (Romans 2:15-16).

"But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned" (Matthew 12:36-37).

"For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again" (Matthew 7:2).

"But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds" (Romans 2:5-6).

Unlike the jury trials of this earth that decides guilt or innocence the wicked will stand guilty and condemned already. They have already received their verdict long ago. When they broke God's commandments and became transgressors of the law they came under a curse  God through His Scriptures has concluded them all under sin, all unrighteous, and all in danger of Hell fire and judgment,

"For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all" (James 2:10).

"For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them" (Galatians 3:10).

"But the Scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe" (Galatians 3:22).

It's Not Too Late To Believe

It is simple to believe on Jesus but not to "nobodies" who choose to believe in nothing but false ideas. Say this prayer and mean it. Dear God I acknowledge my sin before you. I now turn from my sin and ask you to be merciful to me a sinner. Forgive me. I believe in your Son Jesus Christ that died on the cross so I could live. I believe Jesus rose from the dead victorious over the grave. Please Take me to Heaven when I die. Thank you in Jesus' name I pray. AMEN.

Become the somebody that God will be proud of and begin to live for Jesus.

Be Ye Holy!

Question: I don't understand the doctrine of holiness. Doesn't modern Christianity falsely give us a bubbly feeling that God loves despite our sins, and yet we are called to holiness. Doesn't God want His people to be holy. Shouldn't this be taught in Churches today?

1 Thessalonians 4:7 KJV

"For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness...."

1 Peter 1:15-16 KJV

"But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy."

2 Corinthians 7:1 KJV

"Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."

Answer by Larry Zoro: We are holy in Christ. We are made perfect in the beloved. If we are in Christ, we take on His holiness as a free gift. That is our positional standing in Christ.

The word for saint is ἅγιος (hagios). It means holy one. Should we strive to become something we have already become in Christ?

"Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus" Hebrews 3:1.

Paul addresses the Hebrew Church as holy brethren. Why? I'm sure they were not all holy (without sin). Should we ignore our sins and live as though we never sinned? No, we are sinners saved by grace. We are positional holy in Christ but in the flesh we are far from it.

In this evil age, I am not about to call myself holy by my own efforts. I don't strive daily for something that I already have in Christ. Neither do I advocate living a life of sin. It is simple logic: since I am holy, I must now live up to the holiness that was imparted to me. I strive to master holiness in my life but I can never say I pulled myself up by my own boot straps. That is to say that I had attained holiness by my own works.

It is true that despite our imparted holiness God will judge our sins in this world so we will not be condemned with the rest of the world. God does judge His people with temporal judgment. Many Christians are sick and dead due to sin they have not repented of.

"For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged" 1 Corinthians 11:31,32.

Many Christians believe that God does not see our sins anymore. It is true that God will not send us to Hell due to us being sinners. "Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin." But I must warn you. God knows your sin and what easily besets you.

Sure you can ask God for forgiveness and even confess, "I'll repent this time Lord. Truly I will." But God knows your heart. I think the worse thing about living in sin is that we lose rewards that could have been by not living in a pleasing relationship with God.

It might seem contradictory that we must pray for forgiveness while at the same time having been already forgiven and on our way to Heaven . It is just the way that it is. A Christian is forgiven of all their trespasses but yet in this world we must daily ask for forgiveness.

"Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors" Matthew 6:2.

We pray for forgiveness not for salvation sake but for our relationship with God and for our earthly sanctification.

Let's make a plan in our lives to try harder to perfect the holiness in our lives.  Let's live up to the imputed righteousness of God by living better each day in our human body.

This subject is far from over, it must be taught over and over again with many more Scriptures. Many just want to wrestle with Scripture and feel good about themselves. We are not good yet and must walk worthy of our calling.

Did Jesus Exist?

Jesus loves the little children

The only ones interested in the fact that Jesus existed would be Christians. The secular powers both today and in the past could care less if He existed. The evidence that many secularist look at are only from other secularist living at the time of Christ. The secularist ignores all the old copies or fragments of the gospels.

The scholar Craig Evans has announced the discovery of a piece of Mark’s Gospel that may well date to 80-90 A.D. making it by far the earliest portion of any NT book yet found.

The reason why there are not more early portions of the gospel is that the readers wore them out. They thumbed them to death. The Mark fragment is a very important discovery. Many who claimed that Christ was invented after the first century will have to revise there stories.

I can understand why many would wish that Jesus did not exist. It certainly does ease their conscience by believing the Light of God never existed. Jesus preached a lot of things that many would just soon not hear.

I leave you with His words of Luke 13:3,

"I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

What better way to repent or at least a start at repenting then by admitting that Jesus does exist. That might lead to many more wonderful revelations.

The Cursed Gospel

A movement is sweeping the land. It is time to stand up and fight for the truth. Larry Zoro in his newest edition (the Cursed Gospel) exposes the error of trusting in both grace and works. The apostle Paul was so upset with the teaching that he had this to say about it, “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work” (Romans 11:6).

Many church members have fallen from grace and not trusting in Christ alone. Preachers are teaching reformation instead of transformation. There are not two paths for righteousness: one by grace and another by works. The broad way to Hell is paved with works done by good intentions.

Read this book and be prepared for the end-time deception, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there comes a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition” (2 Thessalonians 2:3).The movement against grace is gaining ground. Apostates around the globe are joining hands and planning for world domination. They don’t plan on preaching the love of the gospel, but instead, they are eager to teach salvation by obeying a set of rules and joining their religious institutions.

Is Creationism Wrong?

Creationism is the central concept for the origin of life found in the Bible. It is a fact about the origin and the diversity of life on this planet. If you are skeptical, and unfamiliar with the concepts of science, and the terminology of the Bible, and confused by the overwhelming evidence of creationism, you might be tempted to say it is just a story.

The Words of the Bible are not theories but revelations from the only eyewitness to the origin of life which is God Himself. The Bible records, "In the beginning God created." It is a very simple sentence but contains a wealth of knowledge and scientific agreement.

No polls need to be taken to disprove the accurate account of Scripture. Many believe it because they believe in the Bible. Even without scientific support, many will continue to believe God rather than men.

"Let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged" Romans 3:4.

Creationism is an important fact. It tells us where we came from and the nature of our Creator. It should produce fear in us knowing that a Supreme Being outside the realm of our natural existence has power to create and destroy.

We see many attacks on the Bible from men who desire to disprove and invalidate Scripture. If wishful men could only disprove the creation account then they could also disprove or cast doubt on the rest of the Bible. They seek a following that says men are in control of their own destiny and not a creator.

There are only two positions you can take on the origin of life. You can either believe God or choose not to believe. The faithful or literalist knows that if God could be found in a lie then He could not be trusted. Is God a liar or does He always tells the truth?

"O Lord God, thou art that God, and thy words be true" 2 Samuel 7:28

Creationism is not merely a concept of faith. There is an abundance of evidence that support creationism. God's handiwork is not told in words alone. His creation speaks or declares the awesomeness of God.

"Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge" Psalms 19:2.

"That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the Lord, and there is none else" Isaiah 45:6.

The idea that all species have a common ancestor is true. We are all descended from God.

"Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things" Isaiah 40:26.

The religious know the fact that we have all come from God. For many millenniums we have known the truth about creation. It is nothing new. God is the Father of us all. In our prayers we address Him as "Our Father in Heaven."

From the study of DNA we find that that in every living creature on the planet there is a unique blueprint. You can call it a map of the living creature's genetic makeup. This is called DNA and it influences everything from the organism’s physical structure to its appearances and even its mental processes. Biologist has found that in our vast differences, our DNA is actually a lot more alike than different.

Ask yourself, Why are we different? And then why are we the same? We are different because God has set up boundaries in our genetic makeup.

"And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so" Genesis 1:24.

Everything was made after "his kind." We can find similarities and uniqueness among species, however, we were created by One God. His handiwork is evident from observing all the different kinds of living creatures. His design suggests that we were all created out of the same genetic materials of life. The DNA strands are very similar among humans and animals with not that much difference.

The fact we share a common creator is by no means declaring we have descended from each other. Creation didn't stem forth from one creature by transforming itself into another. Human's DNA is very similar to primates but Humans were never chimpanzees.

Humans, chimpanzees, gorillas, orangutans and their extinct ancestors form a family of organisms known as the Hominidae. Researchers generally agree that the living animals within this group, humans are most closely related to chimpanzees, judging from comparisons of anatomy and genetics.

The closeness of our DNA does not conclude that we are all descended from each other. Our DNA strands are very similar with animals. 96% of our DNA is similar with those of chimps, 64% with horses and around 35% with grain. This indicates that all living organisms share likeness in DNA but does not indicates common ancestry. It indicates a common Creator.

"Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves" Psalms 100:3.

One of the teachings in my understanding of Creation is the word "adaptation." Creatures do adapt to their environments and they also are culled by the creator. God has a way of making sure that certain chosen in a species survive while others do not. Men before the flood were culled in that special way; it was only Noah and His family that survived the flood. God selected a few from many to live upon the earth.

"For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly" 2 Peter 2:4-5.

There was no natural selection involved. There were natural occurrences that caused the flood, however; it was all orchestrated by God.

"And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth. And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters. And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered" Genesis 7:17-19

"Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them" 6:26.

There is nothing new about living creatures being able to adapt. If they couldn't adapt to their environments, they would all die. God watches over His creation and makes sure that they survive.

Birds that nest in the northern hemisphere tend to migrate northward in the spring to take advantage of the growing insect populations, abundance of plants and secure nesting locations. As winter approaches, and the availability of insects and other food resources drops, the birds move south again.

Who gave the bird the migrating instinct? Who instilled in them their innate abilities? Scientists are baffled. They just don't know.

Christians know the  answers that perplexes most godless scientists. God designed migrating birds with innate abilities. It is a simple answer from an easy book to read. The Bible has all the answers pertaining to life and godliness.

In concluding, evolution is about to fall. Not from religious zealots but from sound science. Science is refuting the theory of evolution everyday. When they put all their data together they will see the whole picture.

Men's Survival Is Proof of God's Existence

Evolution is chaos coming into order or disorder depending on luck, whereas the creationist teaches that God continues to preserve His creation according to His will or in some cases allows some species to become extinct.

The evolutionist does not have faith in tomorrow. They cannot know for certain if their existence is at risk at any given time. There is no confidence in their theory that dismisses a creator. The Christian creationists on the other hand knows God's plan. It is written in the Book. Christians are confident in knowing that tomorrow will come and that the earth will continue to exist.

In our tiny corner of the Universe - the Solar System - is home to one star, eight planets and dozens of planetary satellites. It also contains countless asteroids and comets. It is like a fine tuned clock. Any imbalance in our solar system could mean our destruction. Are we just lucky that some giant space debris hasn't upset our finely tuned solar system?

NASA has recently built a map like no other: a plot of every dangerous asteroid that could potentially endanger our planet … at least the ones we know about. Now evolutionist can set their hope on NASA and their map.

The only problem in trusting in NASA is that they might not tell us when the BIG ONE hits? Warning might cause panic. Many in hopelessness would cause massive looting, murders, rapes and thefts.

The evolutionist sees life as finite and will not go out of this world peaceably. They would kick and scream for just a few more minutes of life. They have a right to panic since their hope is temporal.

The Creationist looks at the survival of human race as proof of the existence of God. God has a plan and it will continue to unfold. The proof we seek in God is revealed by our own survival. If we do not continue to exist, then God never existed who promised us preservation. This proof of God is based on our survival. Since we do exist, we have no fear of tomorrow. The God of the Bible is The God of preservation and has chosen to protect the human race despite their stupid theory of evolution.
